Poster Preparation Guidelines

Authors of accepted posters should prepare and bring to the Conference venue a poster to be
displayed during the Conference.

The size of the posters should be 120cm (high) / 90cm (width), maximum. Conference
attendants should be able to read your poster at more than one meter distance.
Information to be included in the poster should be carefully selected, as conference attendants
usually spend no more than five minutes reading a poster.
The Organizing Committee will provide an appropriate display board for each poster.
Appropriate material will also be available at the Conference venue for you to display your
poster.
Posters should be displayed by the beginning of the first day of the Conference and removed
by the end of the last day.
During the poster session, authors should be near their posters in order to discuss them with
conference attendants.

Authors of oral communications and posters presented at the Conference may submit the
(original) full papers for publication in the conference proceedings. Full paper proposals will
be due after the conference, before the end of May.
The full paper should be prepared according to the guidelines that will be available on time.
They will be double peer-reviewed and improved, if necessary. Accepted papers will be
included in the Conference electronic proceedings (with ISBN).
